Located in the heart of Alta Langa, the Propi bun farm was born in 2016 when Filippo, a great worker, gives his lands to his two daughters Michela and Chiara.
For generations, the Marenda family was dedicated to the land, in particular to the cultivation of the Piedmont hazelnut PGI of the Langhe that Filippo has always sold in shell.
The two young women, determined on continuing their parent's job and treasure all they have achieved with many sacrifices, decide to expand the company, handling as well the transofrmation of this excellent product: the hazelnut.
So they start a small workshop where the roasting process takes place and ends up with the finished hazelnut sweet and salty products.
It is a family-run activity , where everyone follows with great passion the different stages of production, respecting nature and using natural ingredients to ensure excellent quality products.
Michela and Chiara love their land, they intend to make known the products and traditions of Alta Langa, a place where life was once harsh, but has a lot to offer nowdays.
