Tasting of Langa flavours
Starting from the hazel grove , a stone's throw from the workshop, to introduce you to the world of growing hazelnut Piedmont, where immersed in nature we will tell you information about the territory and traditions of the Alta Langa.
We will then move into the small labotatory to discover the different stages of transformation, with the possibility of attending the work of the moment.
Finally we propose you the tasting of our sweet and savoury products, a local cheese accompained by a glass of wine.

Tour in the hazel grove , a stone's throw from the laboratory, to discover the cultivation of Piedmont hazelnut and the territory of Alta Langa.
Visit the small workshop to show you all the stages of processing and to conclude a tasting of our sweet products accompained by a glass of wine .

Pastry workshop
A pleasant experience that, in addition to the visit with tasting, allows you to put your hands on pasta. We will create the traditional hazelnut cake recipe using only 3 ingredients.
